Fitting a kitchen in Cambridge
We cover all of Cambridge, including the CB5, CB21, CB22, CB23 and CB24 postcode districts, and travel out to neighbouring towns across Cambridgeshire.
Around Cambridge and the rest of Cambridgeshire you will find Victorian terraces, 1930s semis, post-war estate houses and fenland bungalows and farmhouses. Terraced houses in Cambridge and Peterborough often have a narrow galley at the back, while Fen bungalows tend to have a simple square kitchen beside the living room.
Victorian terraces here often have a small rear kitchen, and opening it into the dining room is a common way to gain space. For a Fenland bungalow or farmhouse, the job may also involve levelling uneven floors and packing out walls before the units go in.
Postcodes covered: CB5, CB21, CB22, CB23 and CB24. Cambridge is about 30 miles south-east of Peterborough.

Questions about kitchen fitting in Cambridge
How much does kitchen fitting cost in Cambridge?
Fitting a medium kitchen you have already bought costs around £2,700 to £3,800 including VAT in Cambridge, based on prices in the East of England. Smaller jobs such as new worktops or doors cost much less. Your price is fixed in writing after a free survey visit.
Which parts of Cambridge do you work in?
All of them. Our Cambridgeshire coverage takes in the whole of Cambridge, including the CB5, CB21, CB22, CB23 and CB24 postcode districts, as well as surrounding towns such as Newmarket. If you are unsure, send us your postcode.
Is the survey visit free?
Yes. The survey visit is free and there is no obligation to go ahead. We measure the room, check the walls, floors and the positions of the gas, water, waste and electrics, and for fit-only jobs check what has been bought. You then receive an itemised written quote.
Will you fit a kitchen I have bought elsewhere?
Yes. We fit kitchens from any retailer, trade counter or online supplier, flat-pack or rigid. Before fitting we check the delivery against the plan and the delivery note. Missing or damaged parts are the supplier's responsibility to replace, and we tell you straight away so the fit can be re-planned. Please keep the boxes sealed until fitting day.
