How is the guide price worked out?
National guide ranges
Ranges are based on published UK cost guides and our own costings for kitchen fitting, supply and the trades around it, including VAT at 20%.
Adjusted for your region
Your postcode adjusts the range for typical labour costs in your region, from London and the South East to the North, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Confirmed on a survey
A guide price is not a quote. After a free survey visit we send an itemised written quote, and your price is fixed in writing once the layout and scope are agreed.
